                      WAR MODIFIERS SYSTEM
========================================================================

OVERVIEW:
  War modifiers are random battlefield conditions that activate when
  players are summoned to the arena. Multiple modifiers can be active
  simultaneously, creating unique and challenging combat scenarios.

ACTIVATION:
  - Modifiers activate automatically when arena phase begins
  - 1-3 random modifiers are selected each war
  - Active modifiers are announced to all participants
  - Each modifier has its own duration and effects

AVAILABLE MODIFIERS:

  EMP STORM - Duration: 3 minutes
    Effects: - Augmentations have 30% chance to fail
             - Affects scan, datajack blocking, and regen
             - Creates electrical interference across arena
             - "Your augmentation fizzles due to the EMP Storm!"

  DOUBLE DAMAGE - Duration: 2 minutes  
    Effects: - All attacks deal 2x damage
             - Applies to weapons, spells, and abilities
             - Makes combat extremely lethal
             - "Damage returns to normal levels!" when it ends

  RAPID SHRINK - Duration: Entire arena phase
    Effects: - Arena shrinks every 30 seconds
             - Normal shrink rate is 2-3 minutes
             - Forces constant movement and engagement
             - Creates intense final confrontations

  MEGA DOGS - Duration: Entire arena phase
    Effects: - War dogs have 2x health and damage
             - Dogs spawn twice as frequently
             - Multiple dogs may hunt single targets
             - Later waves become exponentially deadlier

  CHAOS MODE - Duration: 2 minutes
    Effects: - Random players teleport every 30 seconds
             - 1-3 players affected per teleport cycle
             - "Chaotic energy teleports you randomly!"
             - Disrupts positioning and tactics

MODIFIER COMBINATIONS:
  Some modifier combinations create especially dangerous scenarios:
  - EMP + Double Damage: No augmentation defense, massive damage
  - Rapid Shrink + Mega Dogs: Nowhere to run from enhanced dogs
  - Chaos + Double Damage: Random encounters at lethal damage
  - All Three Active: Maximum chaos and lethality

STRATEGY TIPS:
  - Save healing items for double damage periods
  - Don't rely on augmentations during EMP storms
  - Stay mobile during rapid shrink to avoid being cornered
  - Prioritize killing mega dogs before they overwhelm you
  - Use chaos teleports to escape bad situations
  - Adapt your tactics based on active modifiers

PROBABILITY:
  - 50% chance of 1 modifier
  - 35% chance of 2 modifiers  
  - 15% chance of 3 modifiers
  Individual modifier chances:
  - EMP Storm: 20%
  - Mega Dogs: 20%
  - Double Damage: 15%
  - Rapid Shrink: 15%
  - Chaos Mode: 10%
