                    Enforcer Linking

Link enforcers to wizards for wars (Level 5+).

USAGE:
  link <wizard> <enforcer>
  
  Example: link Gandalf Aragorn

WHAT IT DOES:
  - Links a regular character to a wizard
  - Enforcer becomes "the Best" in wars
  - Enforcer remains a regular player
  - NOT promoted to wizard status

BEST VS REST WARS:
  When declared:
  - Wizard cannot participate
  - Their enforcer joins as "the Best"
  - All others are "the Rest"
  - Enforcer fights for glory

REQUIREMENTS:
  - Target must be a wizard
  - Enforcer must exist
  - Enforcer must be non-wizard
  - One enforcer per wizard

CHANGING LINKS:
  - Linking new enforcer unlinks old
  - Old enforcer becomes regular player
  - No limit on relinking

VIEWING LINKS:
  - Check in wizstats
  - Shown in who list during wars
  - Logged in promotion file

PURPOSE:
  Allows wizards to participate in wars
  through a mortal champion character.
