Military ranking system from Private to Captain (levels 1-10).

RANKS:
 1. Private               (0 credits)
 2. Private First Class   (50)
 3. Specialist           (100)
 4. Corporal             (200)
 5. Sergeant             (300)
 6. Staff Sergeant       (400)
 7. Sergeant First Class (500)
 8. Second Lieutenant    (600)
 9. First Lieutenant     (700)
10. Captain             (1000)

EARNING CREDITS:
- Kill = victim's level in credits
- Survive war = +5 credits
- Win team war = +5 credits
- Kill enforcer = 20 credits

IMPORTANT:
- No death penalties
- Levels are permanent
- Level 10 can become implementor

VIEWING:

  who        - All player levels
  topkillers - Leaderboards
